At Irish Pride Boxers we LOVE our white boxer Puppies. Any White boxer that we have is treated like the rest. Unlike some other kennels and breeders, we never euthanise any white puppy. We do tend to sell our white boxers at a slightly reduced price due to the fact that we only offer limited registration with AKC. As more time goes by, there are more and more facts that are discovered about white boxers. Many stories about white boxers have been declared just that, stories. Urban legend if you will.
There is a wealth of information out about white boxers, the special treatment that they may need, what makes them different, and how to properly care for one with any defect i.e blindenss, deafness, etc. Currently 25% of all boxers in the United States are white. It is always nice to see another breeder that gives the white boxers a chance to enjoy life. I just love them. We just had a white male in our last litter with a fawn patch on his right eye, has 1 blue eye & 1 brown. This little guy is a big one . I think that breeders should give their white puppies the chance to live. I’ve offered to take the white ones from the breeders around here that I know let them die, but they just won’t do it.

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know here in Orlando Florida the white boxer rules! We were blessed with 4 white boxer males in the litter and only two fancy fawn. I wanted to cry at the birth knowing the prejudices out there but after weaning and shots (we had humanely left our pups natural)we put an ad in the paper and could have sold 20 white boxers to wonderfully suited families.
I couldn’t part with one though and only sold the three white and two fancy fawn… I could not be happier to have my angel boxer. He is so loving it’s as if he knows what he could have faced had been born under different circumstances.
I really do believe that in this day and age anyone letting any animal die just because of its coat colour should be jailed. It’s animal cruelty plain and simple.

@Jodi – We do not breed very often. Usually once a year, sometimes less. We generally breed if we are looking for a certain mix in blood lines or pedigree. It is very likely that we will breed next year so stay in touch.

It is pretty nauseating to know what happens with the white boxer if they are born tot he wrong owners. I am happy to say that more an more breeders are keeping the white boxer and offering limited AKC registration with them. Hopefully one day we won’t have to worry about it at all.

Hello! We are relatively new to boxer breeding. We recently inseminated our championed Rochil bitch to a Dreamweaver dog. We lost a beautiful male, with markings we all dream about, another one was malformed and not alive. The only puppy to make it was a lone white female. We have named her Roxie! I am sick about not being able to do anything with this puppy who has such an amazing pedigree. I guess my question is are there any groups or organizations fighting for the right to do more with these potentially great dogs?

also i just got a 7 month old white boxer from the humane society… he is the most loving dog i ever had… he has a black patch over his left eye… it confuses me how bad people really are…

Limited reg is due to the fact even though they are purebreds they do not meet AKC show standards. The white color was listed as a disqualify color once the Boxer started being used for police work. Another reason the white is culled is the fact that there is a misconception that the whites are not as healthy as other colors which has never proven to be true.The one bad trait in white boxers is deafness occurs in about 20% of all white births.I personally am owned by a pair of white male boxers both deaf from birth. Other then their deafness the are perfectly normal dogs. It takes a little more effort with deaf dogs but it is worth it.

I had a white boxer BIG and two blue eyes. He was the best! He did die of cancer but he was over 10 when he did. His hearing was great and so was his sight and like I often say the best kid I had.

This morning my beautiful brindle female had a litter of 9 ckc registered boxer pups. 5 white, 2 brinle, 2 fawn. THe people have come out of the woodwork for these white pups. My Stude is a solid white and is one of the most beautiful creatures:) My family and i would be lost with out the 2 of them. Why do people have to be so mean when there are plenty of us who would love such a beautiful and loving dog??

My fawn boxer just delivered her 1st litter…I was surprised when the 1st pup delivered was a white male but to greater surprise, he was the only pup….I couldn’t be happier!! Kilo (but spelled Keylo) is a wonderful addition to my family! God Bless White Boxers!!

How wonderful to meet breeders who allow their white pups to live and enjoy happy fulfilling lives as devoted companions and intelligents loving pets. We have two beautiful White Boxers and one Red/White Boxer. I set up my website to try and influence people to accept the White Boxer. It is slow progress. There are stil those [too many] who cull white pups. They do need acceptance and the only way we can do that is to let the pups live and go into loving family homes. I have had such rubbish said to me over the years. All myths and old housewife tails! There are still so many people out there who dont believe that White Boxers exist!

My wife and I just purchased our first white boxer and she is the most beautiful pup she has two blue eyes and a brindel patch on left eye. How do we tell if she could posibly be blind or deaf she sees little leaves in the grass and she hears every little noise but I was told it takes a while sometimes. Can some one let me no thanks

I recently was lucky enough to purchase a white boxer puppy, I actually went to pick up a Bichon that I had dreamed about owning for about 5 years. When I got to the Breeder there was this adorable little white boxer puppy that would not leave me alone I asked what his story was and she told me she had rescued him from a breeder that puts down the white puppies from all her boxer litters. I could not believe someone could do this. He had more personality and Love to give than any dog I had ever seen. Needless to say he came home with me and I could not be happier about my choice. His name is Cracker Jack and he is the funniest little guy I have ever seen. I would take ten more of them in a heart beat. My Nephew has also found one now and added to his home. If we can rescue Greyhounds that don’t have near the personality can’t we have a rescue group for these beautiful animals. If anyone needs a loving home for one don’t hesitate to contact me.

I just wanted to let you all know I just found this site. I have 5 white boxers who are 6 weeks old friday. We actually have been bottle feeding them since they were 2 weeks old. The mother,a white, somehow got out of our backyard and was hit by a car. We also have a white male boxer who is the father. they are beautiful! We can’t help but want to keep them all but we cant and are looking for lovers as well

I am very interested in one of your boxer puppies. I did fill out an application, not sure if it got submitted, I have been having problems with my internet. Any how, I really am interested in the white boxers. They are so beautiful! All of the boxers are, but for some reason with me, the white ones are standing out. I am currently researching the white boxers online, and am going to consult a vet that my family has known and used for 15 years. I really would like to know how much you normally would charge for a white puppy. It is possible that I could travel to pick him/her up. My one question, is there a difference in temperment between male and female in this breed? Thank you!

@Kelli – I did not receive the application. If you could resend it that would be great. Lacy is getting ready to go into heat here in the next few weeks. I typically charge around $600 for the white puppies. I would encourage traveling to pick him/her up. As far as the temperament goes, I have never seen any real distinct differences. They are both equally goofy!

i had no idea white boxers were any different the brindle or fawn ones. we want a white boxer w fawn markings black markings also. we have been looking online and in the paper as well. our girls only want a white one and my husband and i dont really no whats the best choice for finding one! but we do know for sure we do want a white one he wants a male puppy. we having been looking and cant wait for our new little addition
